1. I shall attend lessons as per the lesson time table and I shall sit for all examinations during the period of study.
2. Kings College shall not be liable for any delay on my part in sitting for examinations.
3. I shall pay for any extra lessons received from Kings College after the expiry of course duration.
4. I shall pay the outstanding balance on my fees if I decide to withdraw from my program of study at any time

             before completion for whatever reason.

5. I shall pay registration fees of USD.100(non-refundable) along with Completed Application form.
6. I undertake to remain a student of Kings College for the entire duration of the course or program
7. My admission to the programme is subject to approval of my Visa to Botswana.
8. I shall provide international Medical insurance policy during the course pf my study in Botswana
9. I shall send the POP of registration fees with my full Name as Reference.
10. On receipt of admission letter and Visa I shall pay tuition fees and all other fees as per invoice of KC within

             the specified period from the date of admission letter.

11. I understand that Kings College has a refund policy which shall be made available to me on request
